About Being With God

Being With God is a mobile-first web application operated by Spade & Cor Sdn. Bhd. (202101024053), designed to support users in their spiritual journey through scripture reflection, journalling, and community features.

Use of the Service

You may use Being With God for personal, non-commercial spiritual purposes. You agree not to use the service to post content that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the application; or to impersonate other users.

User Content

Journal entries you create are stored locally on your device and remain yours. Content you share to community walls or group sessions is visible to other participants. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to display it within the service.

Intellectual Property

All application code, design, branding, and content (excluding scripture readings and user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Spade & Cor Sdn. Bhd. and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Sacred Times Data

Mass times, adoration schedules, and events displayed in the Sacred Times section are provided as a reference, sourced from parishes and event organisers, and may change without notice. We recommend confirming time-sensitive plans directly with the relevant parish or venue. We are not liable for any inconvenience arising from reliance on this data.

Disclaimer

Being With God is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
